What is the difference in the two DirectoryImport search types?

Nearby search:

• Can sort listings by distance and reviews.
• Uses a point in the map as a center which gets defined with the location inputs.

Text search:

• No sorting functionality.
• The location is not a latitude/longitude value which lets you search broader address types.
• Yields more results with less specific terms compared to nearby search.
